Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Delivery Manager – Data & Digital Analytics with deep technical expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Automation. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale data projects, architecting robust data platforms, mentoring multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and leading client-facing technical engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead and execute complex, enterprise-grade Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and Automation solutions from inception to final deployment.
• Technical Architecture: Architect and design scalable, high-performance data platforms, automated workflows, and data pipelines.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and build high-performing teams consisting of Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and Automation Engineers.
• Client Engagement & Solutions: Partner directly with clients to design tailored technology solutions, lead technical discussions, and ensure continuous satisfaction.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive governance, define best practices, and introduce reusable frameworks to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of technology trends by incorporating emerging automation and data intelligence tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Platform management.
• Technical Mastery: Strong background in building and optimizing data pipelines, dashboard architectures, and automation solutions.
• Leadership & Management: Proven track record in managing technical delivery, team building, and managing client relationships.
• Governance: Experience establishing delivery standards, quality frameworks, and best practices across teams.
• Added Advantage (Preferred): Hands-on exposure or working knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI concepts.
