Working closely with the Managing Director and Associate Directors, you'll shape recruitment best practice, elevate consultant capability and ensure the business consistently delivers outstanding client and candidate outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• A values driven leader with strong relationship building skills
• Proven leadership of recruitment teams
• Engineering or Technical recruitment industry expertise
• As an executive, have good individual discipline, consistency and accountability
• Solid understanding of business drivers and commercial issues
• Self-driven professional with a successful and resilient mindset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive delivery methodology best practice
• Coach and mentor consultants on recruitment skills and interview quality
• Monitor and drive talent pool health
• Manage Associate Director accountability
