Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of cloud infrastructure automation initiatives across AWS and Azure environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python-based infrastructure automation, DevOps, cloud operations, VM provisioning, patching automation, and infrastructure management.

The role requires managing a team of 40–50 engineers, engaging with customer stakeholders, driving project delivery, and leading automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure and automation projects.
• Manage a team of 40–50 cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and automation developers.
• Own project planning, execution, delivery governance, resource management, and financial tracking.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and customer expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.

Cloud Infrastructure Automation

Lead automation initiatives for:

• VM Provisioning Automation

• Manage hiring, onboarding, resource planning, and succession planning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in delivery management.
• Strong expertise in Python automation for infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Experience delivering VM provisioning and patching automation projects.
• Strong DevOps background with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience managing AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 40–50 engineers.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing production support and infrastructure operations.
