Delivery Manager（ IT Outsourcing）

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Alignment: Liaise with clients and internal business departments to deeply understand role requirements, clearly defining job responsibilities, qualifications, and hiring standards for IT outsourcing positions.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess project risks, developing and executing effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression and successful delivery.

Full-Cycle Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle for outsourced staff—including onboarding, in-service management, and offboarding—ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and a positive employee experience.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, complaints, and labor disputes, intervening promptly and resolving issues professionally and fairly.

Process Optimization: Continuously develop and refine outsourcing delivery workflows and standards to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall client satisfaction.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Conduct regular communications regarding delivery progress, personnel performance, and issue feedback. Coordinate with outsourcing service providers to strictly monitor their service quality and compliance execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of delivery experience in the IT outsourcing industry.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Personal Attributes: Mature, steady, and positive. Highly adaptable to change with strong stress tolerance, capable of effectively managing projects and teams in high-pressure environments.
