Delivery Manager - Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily sample pickup and drop activities across branches, hospitals, collection centres and customer locations.
• Prepare and manage the duty roster and route allocation for pickup/drop boys and drivers.
• Ensure timely collection and transportation of patient samples, reports, documents and other materials.
• Monitor staff attendance, availability, leave and shift requirements and arrange replacements when required.
• Optimize routes and manpower allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Lab In-charges, Phlebotomists, Customer Care and other departments for logistics requirements.
• Monitor daily pickup/drop schedules and ensure adherence to assigned routes and timings.
• Track vehicle availability, maintenance, fuel usage and other transportation requirements.
• Handle urgent/emergency pickup requirements and make necessary manpower arrangements.
• Maintain daily logistics records, duty rosters, route sheets and operational reports.
• Monitor the performance, discipline and productivity of logistics staff.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid delays in sample transportation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for safe and timely transportation of laboratory samples.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
