The heart of the role

As a Delivery Manager Process Intelligence, you will drive the functional roadmap and adoption of the Process Intelligence platform across CBS, leading key initiatives from design to rollout and ensuring measurable business value. You will work closely with stakeholders across countries, GPO teams, and technical experts to scale successful use cases and translate Process Intelligence insights into automation and AI opportunities supporting E2E transformation across P2P, O2C, and R2R.

Main responsibilities:

• Own the functional roadmap and usage standards for the Process Intelligence platform across CBS

• Define and govern data models, event logs, dashboards, and analytics standards

• Lead key Process Intelligence initiatives from design to rollout in close stakeholder collaboration

• Scale validated use cases from PoC to repeatable, cross-country solutions with clear value metrics

• Translate insights into automation and AI opportunities supporting E2E transformation

• Functionally steer Process Intelligence Engineers on a project basis

• Drive adoption and value realization across P2P, O2C, and R2R

• Close collaboration with: GPO teams, Delivery Manager Automation & AI, Process Intelligence Engineer, Country process teams and SSCs, Corporate and local IT for data connectivity

• Strong interaction with key markets to ensure adoption and low time to value

What makes you beat

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information 
  technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics

• 5+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering, preferably in process intelligence

• Proven track record in managing project teams and use case 
  portfolios in Process Intelligence (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio)

• Proven track record in working in cross-functional, enterprise 
  environments throughout transformation programs

• Strong stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills

• Experience working in shared services or finance operations is 
  beneficial

• Proven ability to deliver business impact using data-driven insights 

• Managing interdisciplinary teams of business and technical experts on a project basis

• Strong stakeholder management across HQ and countries

• Ability to operate in a senior expert, product-oriented role
