Delivery Manager (project based)

We are looking for a Delivery/Project Manager to join our client's team who provides AI-decisioning platform that enables retailers to turn data into real-time decisions. This is a 12-month project-based role. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions for a retail client in Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery and implementation of inventory and pricing solutions to enterprise clients
• Serve as the key point of contact for client stakeholders during the delivery phase
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with client's delivery methodology
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical delivery with client needs
• Anticipate and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive communication and resolution
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building through consistent, value-driven delivery
• Occasional travel to the client's office in Uzbekistan as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting
• Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning is strongly preferred
• Strong track record of client-facing delivery experience across multiple markets (international experience is a big plus)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics
