Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) - 6969

About the Company

FUSE is building the next generation of autonomous defense technology: intelligent robotic systems and multi-domain platforms that redefine how forces operate, sense, decide, and act. Our systems work alongside human operators for surveillance, strike, and mission support. At FUSE, we bring together industry pioneers into one agile organization under Elbit Systems, combining the speed, sense of ownership, and innovation culture of a startup with the manufacturing power and operational strength of a global defense leader. Our teams own the full stack end-to-end, from mechanical design, hardware, and embedded systems to robotics, autonomy, AI, and real-time multi-platform decision-making. Here, technology goes from concept to operational deployment. Fast. Your work doesn't sit in a backlog. It takes off.

About the Role

We're looking for a Scrum Master to drive execution across multidisciplinary engineering projects in our Platform Engineering group. This is not a classic software-only role. It's a hands-on engineering operations position focused on helping a fast-moving platform team work better, move faster, and deliver. You'll work with mechanical, hardware, embedded, communications, NPI, QA, and integration engineers to remove blockers and push complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile routines across the Platform Engineering group, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and improve JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, task structure, and reporting discipline
• Own the day-to-day execution tempo: ensure tasks are clear, priorities are understood, blockers are visible and solved, and progress is tracked
• Track commitments across multiple parallel projects and ensure critical deliverables don't fall through the cracks
• Identify bottlenecks across projects, people, dependencies, and processes. Then actively push them to open.
• Create clear visibility for management on project status, risks, blockers, open decisions, and next steps
• Document decisions, action items, meeting summaries, and follow-ups in a structured and practical way
• Drive accountability in a matrix environment while maintaining strong relationships with engineers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Engineering Operations Manager in an execution-focused role
• Experience working with technical, engineering, product, or R&D teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, projects, tasks, and stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working with JIRA, including boards, workflows, tickets, dashboards, and reporting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create structure in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to push tasks to closure
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments: hardware, mechanical, embedded, robotics, or defense systems – advantage
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems, ECO/ECN, or configuration management processes – advantage
• Experience in defense, robotics, autonomous systems, drones, or other high-complexity technology domains – advantage
