Delivery Operations Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Delivery Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our restaurant brands across multiple food delivery platforms.

The role will be responsible for outlet onboarding, menu and listing updates, platform coordination, issue follow-up, cancellation tracking, and ensuring that all delivery platform information remains accurate and up to date. JD - Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new brands and outlets across delivery platforms and coordinate required documents, contracts, and go-live activities.
• Set up and maintain outlet listings, virtual brands, and cloud-kitchen profiles.
• Update menus, prices, item descriptions, photos, logos, and other listing information across platforms.
• Coordinate brand-wide menu or pricing changes and track completion.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for delivery platform account managers and support teams.
• Follow up on operational issues such as listing errors, device problems, delayed updates, and missing transactions.
• Escalate billing and commission issues and follow up until resolved.
• Monitor cancelled and refunded orders and maintain accurate cancellation trackers.
• Follow up on rider- or platform-related cancellations and disputes.
• Coordinate with Brand Teams, Marketing, Finance, and Management on platform updates and operational concerns.
• Prepare emails, internal updates, reports, and announcements as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Experience with UAE food delivery platforms is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with delivery platform partner portals, including menu editing, outlet settings, and order/cancellation reports.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands, outlets, and follow-ups at the same time.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and reports.
• Able to work calmly under pressure, especially when handling live listing or cancellation issues.
• Flexibility to support occasional after-hours menu or platform updates. JD - Operations Assistant

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
