Delivery Operations Associate

About the role

Lamoiyan Corporation is seeking a Delivery Operations Associate to join our dynamic warehousing, storage and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the movement of goods from our warehouse to customers with accuracy and professionalism. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service delivery and operational excellence within the logistics function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch of goods and optimal route planning
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries
• Liaise between warehouse, transportation and customer teams to resolve delivery-related queries and issues
• Prepare delivery documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes and manifest sheets
• Track shipments and provide customers with delivery status updates and ETAs
• Conduct quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods
• Assist in optimising delivery routes and reducing logistics costs where possible
• Support warehouse operations with loading and unloading of vehicles when required
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the delivery operation
• Report on delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any Business or Management or related course
• Proven experience in delivery operations or logistics coordination, ideally within the manufacturing or distribution sector
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as loading and checking goods
• Familiarity with local geography
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands
• Knowledge of delivery best practices and customer service excellence standards
