Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical learning solutions using standard platforms and development tools.
• Develop prototypes and perform integration testing with course delivery platforms.
• Deploy and test training courses to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as CSOD, SABA, and SuccessFactors.
• Prepare technical documentation, job aids, and process guidelines.
• Train and support content development teams on tools, technologies, and processes.
• Research new technical solutions to meet client requirements.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and media teams to deliver learning solutions.
