What You'll Do

1. Data analysis and monitoring: Support the analysis of delivery experience metrics, including late deliveries, cancellations, and damaged orders. Maintain regular reports and identify unusual trends and improvement opportunities.
2. Case analysis: Review delivery issues using order records, delivery routes, and communication logs. Document what happened, identify potential causes and recommend improvements.
3. Courier communication and feedback: Conduct interviews, surveys, and regular conversations with couriers to understand challenges in order acceptance, pickup, delivery, and exception handling.
4. Support improvement initiatives: Assist with strategy pilots, courier communications, and performance tracking. Work with partner teams to resolve issues, document progress and operational feedback.

What We Need From You

1. Currently enrolled in graduation course for Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field with graduation expectation between 2027-2028.
2. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken, will be used during the process);
3. Analytical skills and familiarity with SQL / Power BI for data filtering and visualization are a plus.
4. Logical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate issues using data and case evidence and communicate findings clearly.
5. A proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership, reliable follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
