Delivery Process Analysis Officer (Contract/temporary 6 months)

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Delivery, E-Commerce, Digital Sales, Marketplace Management, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience managing GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood platforms.
3. Good understanding of food delivery platform operations, menu management, pricing, and promotional features.
4. Experience in setting up and monitoring promotional campaigns, discount vouchers, bundling, and other sales-driving activities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
6. Able to manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, photos, promotions, and outlet availability accurately.
7. Able to analyze sales data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
8. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and platform representatives.
9. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
10. Willing to work full WFO basis for a 6-month contract.

Ideal Qualifications

1. Experience in the F&B, restaurant, café, or retail industry.
2. Experience managing multiple outlets or brands across food delivery platforms.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
4. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and basic data analysis.
5. Familiarity with digital sales metrics such as GMV, order volume, Average Order Value (AOV), discount utilization, and sales growth.
6. Experience creating professional sales reports, charts, dashboards, and performance summaries.
7. Creative and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve menu visibility, customer engagement, and digital sales.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and opportunities from sales data.
9. Good understanding of promotional strategies and marketplace campaign mechanics.
10. Available to commit throughout the 6-months comtract period and able to start within a reasonable timeframe.
