Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (IT background is preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Fast learner.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Good interpersonal, analyze and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Time management and effective prioritization.
• Willing to work under pressure or overtime.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

Job Description:

• Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor work progress.
• Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running.
• Regularly create comprehensive documentation and reports.
• Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.).
• Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any problems which may arise.
