Delivery Project Manager —

Delivery Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring delivery commitments, customer satisfaction, and business objectives are achieved. Lead stakeholder engagement, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects, coordinating stakeholders toward successful service activation.

• Drive project planning, governance, and execution to achieve agreed milestones, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

• Align internal teams, suppliers, customers, and business stakeholders around delivery objectives and priorities.

• Manage external supplier ordering, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations through proactive communication and resolution strategies.

• Provide technical leadership and consultation for complex delivery solutions and non-standard customer requirements.

• Champion process, system, and operational improvements that increase delivery effectiveness and customer experience.

• Build trusted customer relationships through clear communication, structured engagement, and delivery accountability.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and other business functions to support strategic initiatives and new service introductions.

• Contribute to organizational capability growth through mentoring, knowledge transfer, and development of delivery best practices.

• Monitor project performance and outcomes, driving corrective actions where required to achieve successful business results.
