• **Department:**Delivery Quality Analyst
• Experience: 2–3 years (Functional Software Testing, Quality Verification, or ERP Application Validation)
• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science.
• Role Overview: Execute hands-on functional validation, regression checks, and business workflow testing on UAT servers for Fresa Gold and Fresa Global releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute detailed test checklists and functional test scenarios based on client change requests and design documents.
• Perform thorough end-to-end business workflow testing (e.g., job creation, invoicing, customs documentation, tracking, and reports).
• Conduct systematic regression testing across existing features prior to release sign-off.
• Identify, document, and reproduce software defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs.
• Verify bug fixes submitted by the development team and maintain up-to-date validation sign-off sheets.
• Maintain release documentation and communicate findings clearly to the Delivery Quality Lead.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Solid understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and test case documentation.
• Practical understanding of business applications (ERP, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain software is an advantage).
• Strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and methodical documentation discipline.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and backend verification is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate defects clearly.
