Delivery Representative (5-Day work week)

About the role

Join our team as a Delivery Representative at LAZADA SINGAPORE and play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and the timely delivery of our products. As a Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers, providing a positive experience from start to finish. This is a full-time position that allows you to be part of a dynamic and growing e-commerce company.

Key responsibilities

• Collecting and loading packages from our distribution centers
• Delivering packages to customers' doorsteps in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring the safe handling and condition of all packages
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers
• Providing updates on delivery status and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to package delivery

About you

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Experience in a customer-facing role or delivery/logistics industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Physical fitness to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
