About the opportunity
We are seeking a Delivery Resource Manager to bring greater visibility and coordination to staffing across delivery teams.
In this role, you’ll maintain a current view of team capacity, recommend staffing plans for active and upcoming engagements, and help evaluate whether prospective work can be supported with available resources. You’ll partner with delivery leaders and sales stakeholders to identify capacity risks early and give decision-makers the information they need to plan responsibly.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable influencing decisions across teams without direct authority.
What you’ll do

Maintain an accurate, current view of available and committed capacity across delivery functions.

Recommend resource assignments for active and upcoming engagements, partnering with functional leaders who make final assignment decisions.

Assess prospective work against current and projected capacity to identify potential staffing gaps or conflicts early.

Keep resource and assignment information current in the organization’s project management and planning tools.

Identify capacity constraints, competing demand, and resourcing risks; bring forward clear options and recommendations.

Partner with delivery leaders, functional teams, sales stakeholders, and PMO on planning and reporting.

What you’ll bring

Experience in resource management, staffing, delivery operations, PMO, or a related field.

Professional services, consulting, agency, or other project-based experience is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn capacity data into clear, practical recommendations.

Confidence working across teams and influencing decisions without direct authority.

Strong organization and attention to detail, especially as priorities and assignments change.

Experience with Jira or similar project management tools; comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Clear communication skills and good judgment when raising risks and tradeoffs.

How success will be measured

Capacity and assignment information is accurate, current, and trusted by stakeholders.

Staffing recommendations are timely and useful to the leaders responsible for approvals.

Potential resourcing conflicts are identified early, including during sales and delivery planning.

Stakeholders have a clearer view of capacity when making commitments and setting priorities.
