DELIVERY RIDERS – SPX EXPRESS

About the role

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Riders to handle the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of parcels to customers within assigned areas. Delivery rider roles commonly involve parcel delivery, route navigation, customer coordination, and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels to assigned customers
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and securely
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Verify recipient and delivery information
• Collect COD payments when applicable
• Update delivery status and submit proof of delivery
• Maintain good customer service and communication
• Follow road safety and company policies
• Report delivery issues, undelivered parcels, or other concerns to the assigned supervisor

About you

• At least High School Graduate

• Must have a valid Driver's License

• Motorcycle ownership or access to a motorcycle, depending on deployment requirements

• Familiar with navigation apps such as Waze/Google Maps

• willing to perform field work

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and customer-oriented

• Willing to work on weekends/holidays or extended hours when required

• Willing to be assigned to the designated SPX hub

• Can start ASAP
