Delivery Route Coordinator - Third Shift

Job Requirements:
Delivery Routing:

• Utilize LTL-specific routing software to route deliveries for 20+ P&D drivers throughout Wisconsin & Northern Illinois
• Ensure delivery appointments will be met, and shipments will be delivered in a timely manner

Dock Supervision:

• Provide dock personnel with loading manifests based on inbound freight from terminals throughout the Midwest
• Communicate with dock to identify any over, short, and/or damaged freight

Driver Management:

• Collect and scan required Linehaul driver paperwork into computer system
• Distribute required placards to drivers transporting hazardous materials
• Adjust routing for driver tardiness and call-ins

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in an office environment required
• Operations experience in logistics required
• LTL transportation experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
