We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Delivery Supervisor who leads by example, supports their team, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Your role

This is a working leadership position. You’ll help coordinate daily deliveries, coach drivers, solve problems, and provide delivery assistance and route coverage when needed.

You’ll work closely with our operations manager, warehouse team, and sales team to ensure customers receive safe, accurate, dependable service.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate driver assignments, route coverage, and daily delivery priorities with the operations manager.
• Lead by example in safe work practices, attendance, professionalism, and customer service.
• Train and coach drivers through ride-alongs, clear instructions, and regular feedback.
• Set expectations and follow through on employee performance and accountability.
• Work with warehouse and sales personnel to resolve loading issues, shortages, returns, and customer concerns.
• Reinforce proper product handling, rotation, and accurate delivery documentation.
• Monitor route efficiency and recommend practical improvements.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed and maintenance concerns are reported promptly.
• Assist with deliveries and cover routes when needed.
• Help build a respectful team where people take responsibility and support one another.

What you bring

• Experience in delivery, beverage distribution, transportation, or a related field.
• A valid Class A commercial driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• The ability to communicate clearly, coach others, and follow through.
• Strong organization, practical problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to safe work.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of beverage delivery, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for early starts and changing delivery needs.

Previous supervisory, team-lead, or driver-training experience is preferred. Beverage distribution experience is a plus.

A college degree is not required. We value practical experience, initiative, and demonstrated leadership potential.
