Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks with flatbed trailers to deliver goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Setup Systems, small wiring and plumbing connections.
• Starting up systems, completing assembly and walking clients through the process.
• Onsite installation supervisor.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery.
• Verify shipment contents against delivery documents and obtain signatures when required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage logs, and vehicle inspections.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance.

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to load, unload, move heavy items, and handle physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery paths.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is advantageous but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a bonus but not mandatory for all roles.
