Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery/Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role involves preparing and delivering cannabis orders to our customers in a safe, timely, and compliant manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our commitment to quality and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare cannabis products for delivery, ensuring all items match the order and meet quality standards.

Delivery Services: Safely transport orders to customers within the designated delivery area, adhering to all laws and company policies.

Customer Verification: Verify customer identification upon delivery to confirm legal age requirements, maintaining compliance with state and local regulations.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring products are stored properly to maintain freshness and quality.

Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate delivery and transaction records, including daily logs and reports, to ensure compliance with New York State cannabis regulations.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in delivery services, inventory/fulfillment, or the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle and transport products safely and discreetly.

Familiarity with local delivery routes and neighborhoods in New York City.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with cannabis products and their packaging.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory and delivery tracking software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of state and local cannabis laws and regulations (New York cannabis regulations knowledge is a plus).

Experience with Onfleet is a PLUS*

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
