What To Expect The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Work You'll do Digital Transformation As a pioneer in digital transformation, we combine the discipline of Deloitte with the power of creativity to connect people, ideas, technology and innovative thinking. Together we are making progress towards finding new solutions to some of the world's biggest problems. Deloitte provides interns with hands-on experience in shaping the future of digital business. Interns will support the understanding and improvement of business processes through technology and digital solutions.

Work You’ll Do

• Work across a variety of projects and build knowledge and practical experience across relevant domains.
• Analyze problems, conduct research, and support the development of solutions to address client needs.
• Consider end-user needs and experiences throughout the development process to enhance user adoption and engagement.
• Support the development and implementation of business digital solutions and help align project outcomes with business goals.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027
• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
