What To Expect The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. Work You'll do HR Strategy & Technology Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology practice helps organizations transform their human resources functions through strategic workforce planning, technology adoption, and innovative HR solutions. We have extensive experience in developing HR strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and enabling organizations to adapt to evolving workforce needs. Our team combines business, people, and technology perspectives to help organizations build future-ready HR functions and make more informed decisions around their workforce and talent strategies.

Work You’ll Do

• Support market, industry, and client research by organizing analytical data and notes into structured tables, summaries, and initial insights.
• Assist in building Excel models, trackers, and visual dashboards while ensuring data quality and formula accuracy.
• Test AI/automation tools to build team workflows and templates, while helping draft presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
