- We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join our growing engineering team
- In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and modernization of our core software solutions built in Delphi, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, and usability

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi and related technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and debugging
- Optimise performance and scalability of applications
- Integrating applications with other technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, or web components)
- Document technical specifications, processes, and code to support long-term maintainability
- Support the migration of certain functionalities to newer platforms, where needed- Strong knowledge of Object Pascal and Delphi frameworks
- Ability and experience in implementing efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
- Experience with Python and C#/.NET is an advantage
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in English, as it is our working language
