🛠️ Position: Testing Engineer (0–3 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and validation of products and systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide feedback for design improvements.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Document test processes, findings, and results for reporting purposes.
• Ensure testing is performed in compliance with company and industry standards.

🛠️ Position: Automation Engineer (0–3 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems and equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robots, and other automation tools.
• Support the installation and testing of automated machinery.
• Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing processes.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

🛠️ Position: Industrial Engineer (0–3 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Support production line balancing, time study, and capacity analysis.
• Assist in layout planning and factory space utilization.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and planning departments to solve productivity issues.
• Implement standard work procedures and 5S principles.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (MES, ERP, automation).
• Assist in cost reduction and cycle time improvement projects.

🛠️ Position: Mechanical Engineer (0–3 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues during the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation and Manufacturing engineering fields (Not available for Chemical Engineering)
• Preferred GPA: 3.00 or above (GPA will be considered together with overall profile and potential)
• 0–3 years of full-time work experience
• Good command of Thai and English (Chinese language skills are a strong advantage)
• Preferred TOEIC score: 550 or above
