Deltacubes - Senior Software Development Engineer - Windows Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows desktop applications used by real-world customers.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and/or C++.
• Build applications using Win32, WPF, WinUI, or comparable Windows development frameworks.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable desktop solutions.
• Integrate Windows applications with REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based backends.
• Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and platform-level issues.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Ensure applications meet quality, reliability, security, and performance standards.
• Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in C# and/or C++.
• Proven track record of shipping production Windows desktop applications to end users.
• Strong knowledge of Win32, WPF, WinUI, or similar Windows application frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Windows platform architecture and desktop application development.
• Experience integrating desktop applications with web services, APIs, and cloud backends.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and software design skills.
• Understanding of application performance, memory management, and reliability Candidate Profile :
• Strong experience developing enterprise-grade Windows applications.
• Comfortable working across desktop, API, and cloud integration layers.
• Experience owning features from technical design through production release.
• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
