Role : Technical Lead - Databricks Genie & Power BI Copilot

Location : Remote

Role Summary Technical lead responsible for designing, configuring, and scaling Genie spaces and Power BI Copilot solutions for one or more business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Genie spaces end to end, including semantic models and text to SQL workflows.
• Design and optimize Power BI semantic models to enable Copilot and AI driven insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, SQL logic, and analytics solutions.
• Build and support Power BI dashboards (DAX, data prep, visualizations) ready for AI integration.
• Partner with business and domain teams to drive adoption and solution quality.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL and strong semantic modeling / data design experience.
• Hands on Power BI development (DAX, datasets, dashboards).
• Ability to bridge business questions to technical implementation.
