Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Accountancy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Control, or related supply chain functions
• Solid understanding of inventory planning, demand analysis, replenishment strategies, and stock management
• Experienced in reviewing sales history, consumption data, inventory transactions, and demand patterns to support planning decisions
• Capable of preparing demand projections and translating business requirements into practical inventory plans
• Knowledgeable in evaluating stock availability, inventory turnover, aging items, excess stocks, and critical inventory
• Experience coordinating with Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Finance/Accounting, and other departments involved in inventory planning
• Background in inventory reconciliation, inventory performance analysis, and monitoring inventory-related expenses
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis, lookups, and handling large datasets
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, inventory systems, or other supply chain planning tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of interpreting complex datasets and converting findings into clear reports and recommendations
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
• Able to identify inventory risks and recommend appropriate purchasing, replenishment, and stock-level adjustments
• Strong interdepartmental communication and coordination skills
• Can manage planning activities independently while working effectively with various operational teams
• Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Can Start ASAP / Available for Immediate Deployment

Job Description

• Manage the preparation and continuous updating of demand projections using sales history, inventory records, consumption data, and current business requirements
• Evaluate demand movements and establish recommended stock targets to maintain sufficient inventory for operational needs
• Review inventory positions regularly and flag potential shortages, excess quantities, aging stocks, and slow-moving products
• Gather relevant information from Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance/Accounting, and other departments to improve planning accuracy
• Examine inventory activity and stock turnover trends to identify areas requiring adjustment or further investigation
• Provide recommendations for replenishment quantities and purchasing requirements based on available data and projected demand
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and data validation to ensure planning information is reliable and discrepancies are properly identified
• Assist in reviewing inventory carrying costs and other cost-related factors that may affect stock planning decisions
• Create and update forecasting worksheets, inventory analysis reports, planning dashboards, and management summaries
• Use Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory systems to process and interpret sales, stock, and operational information
• Partner with different departments to enhance forecast reliability, inventory availability, and supply chain performance
• Review existing planning procedures and recommend workflow improvements, data controls, and forecasting enhancements
• Present relevant findings to management regarding demand changes, stock requirements, replenishment needs, and inventory risks
• Perform additional planning, forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply chain-related assignments as required by management

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
