About the role

This is a full-time remote position supporting inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain operations. You will monitor inventory levels, track movements, maintain reports, and identify discrepancies. You will support demand forecasting, purchase order planning, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure inventory availability and delivery timelines. You will also maintain dashboards, perform data analysis, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels across products and warehouses
• Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and consumption
• Maintain inventory reports and identify stock discrepancies or potential stock-out risks
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle count analysis
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory and provide recommendations
• Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using historical sales data
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory planning reports
• Support purchase order planning and replenishment activities
• Track purchase orders from placement through receipt and communicate delays or issues proactively
• Maintain and improve inventory and demand planning dashboards and reports

About you

• Ability to perform data validation and ensure accuracy across inventory systems and spreadsheets
• Ability to analyze key inventory metrics including inventory turns, weeks of supply, service levels, and forecast accuracy
• Ability to work closely with Operations, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
• Ability to participate in weekly inventory planning meetings and provide status updates on inventory risks and opportunities
