Responsibilities:
Inventory Management

• Monitor daily inventory levels across products and warehouses.
• Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and consumption. Maintain inventory reports and identify stock discrepancies or potential stock-out risks.
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle count analysis.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory and provide recommendations.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using historical sales data.
• Maintain demand planning models and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory planning reports.

Purchasing & Supply Planning

• Support purchase order planning and replenishment activities.
• Track purchase orders from placement through receipt and communicate delays or issues proactively.
• Monitor supplier lead times and production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding inventory availability and delivery timelines.
• Assist in shipment planning and allocation of inventory across channels when necessary.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Maintain and improve inventory and demand planning dashboards and reports.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Analyze key inventory metrics including inventory turns, weeks of supply, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports to support business decisions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to align inventory plans with business needs.
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning activities.
• Participate in weekly inventory planning meetings and provide status updates on inventory risks and opportunities.
