Demand & Supply Planner

• Develop and maintain FG supply plans based on demand forecasts, customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capabilities.
• Review demand requirements and changes, and translate them into appropriate FG production and supply requirements
• Coordinate with Production to establish feasible production schedules based on capacity, production priorities, and material availability.
• Monitor FG inventory levels, safety stocks, Months on Hand (MOH), and inventory targets to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor FG availability and identify potential shortages, stock-outs, excess inventory, and other supply risks.
• Track actual production versus the planned schedule and coordinate actions for delays, variances, or changes in production requirements.
• Coordinate with RM and PM planners to ensure the availability of required materials to support the FG production plan.
• Recommend and coordinate supply allocation based on customer requirements, inventory position, business priorities, and product availability.
• Prepare and maintain supply planning reports and analyze inventory, demand, production, OOS, and other relevant KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior whenever necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management Business or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or material planning
• Experience analyzing forecasts, historical sales, seasonality, and demand changes
• Experience identifying supply gaps and developing actions to maintain product availability
• Advance Excel/data analysis
• MRP/ERP experience
