Demand and Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Planning

Analyze production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory data to determine optimal quantities and timing of material requirements

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory to achieve company sales target while minimizing carrying costs and waste

Supplier Coordination

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, including placing purchase orders, tracking order status, and resolving any supply-related issues

Demand Forecasting

Support the demand forecasting process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and historical data

Data Analysis

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory, usage, and costs, generating reports and insights to support decision-making and optimize procurement strategies

Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with Logistics and Fulfilment Teams to resolve order discrepancies and streamline delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Finance, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning. Merchandising Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Experience with automated reporting tools and BI/SQL tools (Power BI, Query, Tableau) would be an advantage
• Experience in retail and e-commerce operations, with a solid understanding of inter-company transactions
