Demand and Supply Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans based on sales trends, seasonality, and business requirements.

• Manage supply planning, replenishment, and inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.

• Monitor inventory performance, forecast accuracy, stock availability, and other planning KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive continuous improvements in planning systems and processes.

• Manage and develop the Merchandising team to achieve operational and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, merchandising, or supply chain, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory management skills
