Are you a data-driven prospector who knows how to ask the right questions and qualify enterprise accounts? Magrofy is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic Demand Generation Executives to drive high-quality pipeline growth!

Work Location: Remote / Work from Home (WFH)

Shifts: US or APAC business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound multi-channel prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) to engage B2B decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth BANT qualification calls to assess Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline before routing opportunities to Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and key personas to craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages.
• Nurture warm and cold prospects across the funnel to keep the sales pipeline active.
• Maintain clean CRM records with precise details from every prospect conversation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, B2B Outreach, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Proven track record in dialing and qualifying leads using the BANT framework.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English .
• Comfort with objection handling, prospect discovery, and asking probing business questions.
• Remote Ready: Self-motivated, disciplined, and equipped with a stable home setup (quiet environment, high-speed internet, reliable laptop/headset).
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working US or APAC business hours
