Demand Generation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and handle objections to maximize conversions.
• Follow up with interested, existing, inactive, cancelled, and no-show customers to drive conversions and repeat bookings.
• Own customer follow-ups from the initial interaction through booking confirmation or closure.
• Promote Zigly services, packages, memberships, and offers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
• Maintain daily activity and conversion reports covering calls, leads, bookings, and revenue.
• Achieve assigned calling, conversion, booking, and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2- 5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele sales, Tele calling, CRM, Lead Generation, or Customer Retention.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Proven ability to work toward sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Working Conditions

• Six-day work week with rotational weekly offs.
• Work from Zigly Head Office, Delhi.
• Performance-based incentives, where applicable.
