Role

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager who can personally drive US B2B lead generation and appointment setting, while managing our SDR and Email Campaign teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end US B2B lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting
• Manage and guide SDR/BDR team on outbound lead generation
• Manage Email Campaign team and review personalized email content/campaigns
• Track lead and meeting performance and improve conversion
• Use AI tools for prospect research, personalization and sales workflows

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years in B2B Demand Generation / Lead Generation / SDR
• Strong US B2B outbound experience
• Hands-on appointment setting & lead qualification
• Experience managing SDR/BDR + Email Campaign teams
• Strong understanding of personalized email campaigns
• SaaS / Technology experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• AI-first mindset
