This is a hands-on role for someone who can take full ownership of a campaign—from understanding the client’s business, product, ICP, and positioning to building the campaign infrastructure, launching outreach, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results.
What You’ll Own

Learn each client’s product, market, Ideal Customer Profile, value proposition, and business objectives.

Develop campaign strategy, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and channel plans.

Build and manage end-to-end B2B outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.

Conduct prospect and account research using relevant databases, enrichment platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.

Set up campaign infrastructure, sequences, automations, tracking, and reporting.

Write and optimize outreach messaging, including email sequences and LinkedIn touchpoints.

Monitor deliverability, engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Run structured tests across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign workflows.

Identify performance gaps and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Maintain clear campaign documentation, reporting, and client communication.

Translate campaign insights into practical recommendations for positioning, targeting, and sales execution.

Required Experience

At least three years of proven, hands-on experience managing B2B growth, demand generation, or outbound campaigns.

Demonstrated experience building campaigns from initial strategy and ICP definition through full implementation, launch, tracking, and optimization.

Proven experience managing campaigns targeting North America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Latin America.

Professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.

Experience working with B2B SaaS companies, real estate businesses, and professional or B2B service providers.

Hands-on experience with email outreach and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Strong working knowledge of tools used for prospecting, data enrichment, campaign automation, CRM management, analytics, and reporting.

A measurable track record of improving campaign performance and generating qualified B2B pipeline.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear actions.

Excellent organization, ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client environments simultaneously.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience planning, launching, and managing PPC and paid media campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Experience setting up complete paid-media infrastructure, including audiences, tracking, conversion events, campaign structures, reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Experience with landing pages, conversion optimization, marketing automation, and account-based marketing.

Familiarity with CRM workflows, lead qualification processes, and sales-pipeline optimization.

What Success Looks Like

Campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.

Targeting and messaging are aligned with each client’s ICP and market.

Campaign performance is tracked through clear and reliable metrics.

Optimization decisions are based on evidence rather than assumptions.

Campaigns consistently generate relevant conversations and qualified pipeline.

Clients receive clear insights into results, market feedback, and next actions.

To apply, please include examples of B2B campaigns you personally built and managed, the markets and industries you targeted, the tools you used, and measurable results you achieved.
