About the Role

Join our Supply Chain team and help us plan stock levels, track shipments, and keep our

products available for customers. You’ll work with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and our

suppliers to make sure orders arrive on time and inventory matches our sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Forecasting and Stock Planning

• Study sales trends, market activities, and supplier lead times to help forecast demand
• Track stock levels per product (SKU) and flag items that are low or out of stock
• Recommend when and how much to reorder
• Review past sales and new product performance to make forecasts more accurate
• Work with the Supply Chain Manager / General Manager to keep stock in line with

monthly sales targets and company budget

• Find products that are not yet available to customers and work with Sales and Merchandising to fix the gaps

Product Quality and Life Cycle

• Follow up with Merchandising and suppliers on quality check (QC) results, including damaged items and whether they can still be sold

• Keep records of items with factory defects or quality issues, and make sure Merchandising decides on time (return, discount, or rework)

• Work with Sales and Merchandising to find the best accounts or channels to sell slow- moving or end-of-life items

Orders and Shipments

• Prepare and organize order sheets, brochures, and sales confirmations for your assigned categories

• Coordinate with suppliers and agents on shipment schedules and container loading plans

• Work with Finance to check costs and make full use of container space

• Update inbound shipment trackers and send Unloading and Arrival Reports on time

• Follow up on delayed or incorrect deliveries so shipments arrive complete and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related course

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement support, or inventory monitoring

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel; knows ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle)

• Good communication and organizing skills, with the ability to work with different teams and suppliers

• Detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks and deadlines at once
