Demand Planner

该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION SUMMARY The Demand Planner is responsible for demand planning and buy execution activities for all the channels of Footwear and reporting of DP team. The primary responsibilities are to ensure that the seasonal forecast is as accurate as possible, meet forecast accuracy objectives whilst aligning with the sales plans and supporting commercial objectives. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for generating seasonal by SKU forecast for Omni-channel including retail, wholesale, E-commerce and outlet across all forecast submission gate
• Compile demand forecast with solid analysis on historical order book, sell through data, OTB and future season GTM strategy together with solid understanding on products, to continuously improve forecasting accuracy
• Work closely with global Omni-planning team to make sure global planning guidelines and process are well followed
• Attend GTM meetings and work with merchandising team in product strategy alignment and insights building for GTM approach.
• Review the fulfillment plan after each forecast submission gate to call out if any major gaps or risks
• Conduct blind buy before order intake by solid forecast analysis and coordination with cross function teams across channel, merchant, global supply planning team to best balance between excess control and late arrival risks
• Follow global buy plan calendar to perform buy plan execution to maximize order fulfillment rate by reducing shortage and excess
• Support ad hoc business requirement in supply requirement and purchasing activities by collaborating with supply planning (both local and global), account service and logistics.
• Lead and execute on seasonal order review process. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least 3-5 years’ experience in demand planning/ merchandising/ buying
• Clear and concise business communication; ability to influence others, comfortable interacting with customers, sales representatives and merchants
• Strong analytical skill and details driven, proficiency in Excel, PPT and Powe BI will be a plus
• English proficiency for efficient communication, written and oral
