Demand Planner

Role & responsibilities

• Drive demand forecasting and sales planning to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability across channels.
• Ensure effective replenishment planning to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Support S&OP processes through demand insights and business analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance.
• Monitor key planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement in inventory productivity.
• Lead demand planning for seasonal collections, new launches, and promotional events.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and data analytics
• Ability to derive actionable insights from sales and inventory data
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
