About The Role CSR are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our team based in North Ryde . This role is critical in supporting the IBP methodology, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring demand signals are translated into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Major Projects, and Senior Leadership, you will develop and manage demand forecasts across a 1–24 month horizon, identify market risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the demand planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across a 1–24 month horizon.
• Analyse sales trends, market activity, and customer demand to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate demand insights from Sales, Marketing, Major Projects, NPD, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate forecast review meetings and build consensus demand plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate demand plans at product family and SKU level, managing exceptions and adjustments.
• Model demand scenarios and support monthly S&OP/IBP planning activities.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of business demand drivers.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience within an S&OP or IBP environment will be highly regarded.
