• Develop, review, and update rolling demand forecasts (monthly/quarterly) using statistical tools and business insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather market intelligence, promotions, and new product launch information.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and historical sales trends to continuously improve forecast models.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review meeting as part of the S&OP process.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply constraints.
• Prepare demand reports and KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, etc.) for management review.
• Manage data integrity in ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle, NetSuite, or other tools).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 25-30 years old, No gender requirement.
• 2–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills; proficiency in Excel and forecasting software.
• Familiarity with S&OP process and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Chinese or Thai is a plus (for multinational companies).
