Demand Planner

Alembic Pharmaceutical Limited is looking for Demand Planner for our Panelav location, Vadodara.

Job Description :

• First point of contact for all the customers across Europe market.
• Sharing Open order reports to customer fortnightly / monthly basis.
• Open order reports discussion, MOT & Pick up confirmation, Discussion on concerns (Non-batch size orders, artwork concerns, Batch allocation, Launch orders)
• Attending Customer meetings, Understanding customer requirements (Future requirements, Inventory/Stock situation, Critical products, etc.)

Order management

• Order file review.
• Order tracking and review for each customer (EU market), ensuring correct order quantity allocation and data representation. Daily basis
• Forecast consolidation, Update and Forecast Analysis
• New orders review (AW availability, Batch size check, any other customer specific issue) .
• Attend fortnightly Launch meetings – Discussion on launch orders market, current status of new launches, issues, etc.

Dispatch planning

• Updating of weekly plan, follow ups for readiness of the batches, ensure dispatches as per plan, and highlight any issues resulting in dispatch miss. - Daily
• Plan dispatches as per Customer requirement. (Docs sharing, Container load, LCL shipment, etc.)
• Coordination with Logistics Team. Sharing customer wise batch details and PL to Logistics, further following up for booking confirmation and informing customers accordingly.
