Demand Planner

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving accurate demand forecasts, improving product availability, and supporting business performance.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, product launches, and other demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels.
• Identify risks and opportunities in demand and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support planning activities related to promotions, new product introductions, and portfolio changes.
• Prepare reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems or planning tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
