Demand Planner

We are looking for a person to join our team in Gorenje Bulgaria at the position of Demand Planner.

Job description:

Provide the most updated market demand (along the future sales period) to allow proper supply plan preparation. Guarantee future availability .

Deal with orders management and delivery of the finished products to the trade partner/end-consumer in the market with constant focus on cost to serve .

MAIN ACTIVIY:

• Manage the stock level, DOS, safety stock, promo and protected range
• Insert/manage demand forecast per week, per plant, per channel
• Check daily and weekly data and compare the forecast with orders and production (SAP)
• Verify with L&P daily production and understand issues
• Manage the logistics of promotional activities with the normal planning
• Manage monthly demand forecast for all suppliers
• Control the phase in/phase out
• Manage the internal reports (availability, obsolescence, Phase in/phase out, Back Orders, Days of Inventory)
• Participate at weekly or any other calls with Factory, Central SC Managers and Central L&P
• Participate every week to routinary calls with factory and central planning SC team
• Monitor production plan execution in order to ensure high level product availability
• Prepare regular planning report using standard tools
• Notify any deviation inside the production plan
• Generate the weekly/daily production plan taking in account orders priorities and market coverage needs in line with factory capacity
• Notify immediately any deviation from the agreed ETA

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of similar experience
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and SAP
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English
