Demand Planner

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Demand Planner to develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple sales channels in the US and EU. You will work closely with the Sr. Demand Planning Manager and cross-functional teams to analyze sales history, shipment data, and inventory levels, translating insights into accurate forecasts and purchasing recommendations that help ensure product availability across multiple warehouses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop effective forecast models for assigned geography and sales channel
• Build, review and maintain product-based SKU level demand plans
• Engage in Collaborative Planning with cross functional departments as required
• Facilitate a collaborative team-oriented forecasting process incorporating input and data from Amazon and other domestic and international marketplaces or sales channels
• Provide reports on forecast accuracy and inventory position and coverage
• Provide inventory risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Support product transition planning and forecasting at the SKU level for new and existing products
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process
• Participation in special projects contributing to the ongoing development of planning systems and processes
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Forecasting and Replenishment software experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required with strong advance Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL OR SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Data-driven and results-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Advanced level of MS Office, MS Window, and Computer knowledge

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
