The role also involves partnering with brand, marketing, and operations teams to translate concepts into product specifications, timelines, and cost targets, and to manage the product development process from ideation through launch. The Demand Planner / Product Development professional will prepare reports and dashboards, support scenario planning, and continuously refine forecasts based on market feedback and performance. Collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and strong communication with cross-functional teams are core aspects of the role.
