  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and translate demand signals into a realistic and aligned consensus plan.
  • Apply demand planning standards, planning cadences, data definitions, and tools provided by the Demand Planning COE, while identifying gaps, exceptions, or improvement opportunities for escalation.
  • Monitor and report key demand planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service performance, and planning adherence; perform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
  • Support the demand review for the assigned business within the S&OP process by preparing inputs, summarizing changes, and highlighting risks, opportunities, and decision needs.
  • Identify demand risks and opportunities, develop scenarios, and support business decision-making related to inventory, capacity, customer service, and revenue attainment.
  • Support new product introductions, product transitions, promotions, and phase-in / phase-out activities by coordinating forecast assumptions and ensuring readiness within the standard planning framework.
  • Provide feedback to the Demand Planning COE on process effectiveness, reporting needs, master data issues, and system improvement opportunities based on business execution experience.
  • Promote data quality, planning discipline, and continuous improvement within the assigned business by following standard work and partnering with relevant teams to resolve exceptions.
  • Prepare and communicate demand insights, forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and performance trends to stakeholders in a clear, action-oriented manner.
